Typical Sentence Structures

  • 我每天早上做饭. (Wǒ měitiān zǎoshang zuò fàn) - I cook every morning.
  • 室友每周打扫客厅. (Wǒ shìyǒu měi zhōu dǎsǎo kètīng) - My roommate cleans the living room every week.
  • 我们星期六去购物. (Wǒmen xīngqīliù qù gòuwù) - We go shopping on Saturdays.

Imperatives and Requests

  • 房子 (fángzi): This means 'house'. If it has multiple levels, you can use 楼房 (lóufáng).

  • 公寓 (gōngyù): This means 'apartment'.
