Cardiovascular Endurance - It refers to the ability to work for long periods without becoming fatigued. Essential for sports such as distance running, cycling, and swimming.

Muscular Endurance - Refers to a muscle, or group of muscles, ability to repeatedly contract over a prolonged period. Essential for sports such as rowing or boxing.

Flexibility - The range of movement possible at a joint. Influential in sports such as gymnastics and dance.

Body Composition - Describes the percentage of fat, bone, water, and muscle someone has in their body. Important for all sports as carrying excess weight can affect speed and endurance.

Agility - The ability to change the direction of the body in a quick and controlled manner. Crucial in sports such as football and netball.
