Change the Adapt colour theme

The current app follows your device or browser’s light/dark appearance. It does not show the old Themes selector described in earlier versions.

You can still personalise each subject’s colour:

1. Open Progress.
2. Open the subject’s three-dot menu, or press and hold it on a touch device.
3. Choose a colour from the palette, then select Close.

For light or dark appearance, change the system appearance setting on your phone or computer.
