Change which days you study on

1. Open Settings in the student app.
2. Under Your Revision Plan → Study days, select the days you want to revise.
3. Keep at least one study day selected.
4. Select Save changes. If Adapt asks to replace your current recommended study tasks, review the message and confirm Save changes to apply the new plan.
5. Return to Planner to see your revised schedule.

You can also set a different number of daily recommendations for each selected day. Days that are not selected have their daily-recommendation controls disabled.
