I can't reset my password.

Check how you normally sign in
If you use Log in with Google or Log in with Apple, use that same option on the student login page. An Adapt password reset is for an email/password sign-in connected to your account; it does not reset your Google or Apple password.
Request an Adapt password reset
- Select Forgotten your password? on the student login page.
- Enter the email address connected to your Adapt email/password login.
- Send the reset request, then check your inbox and spam folder for the email.
- Follow the link in that email to choose a new password.
If you are already signed in, Settings → Account information → Sign-in methods shows your connected methods. You can connect email/password there if you only have a social sign-in.
If you still cannot get in, contact support with the email address and sign-in method you normally use. Never include your password.
