I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

To reset your Parent Portal password:

1. If you are already signed in, open Account and select Logout.
2. Open the password reset page. You can also find the reset link on the Parent Portal login page.
3. Enter the email address used for your parent account and select Reset.
4. Check your inbox and spam folder for the password reset email, then follow the link to choose a new password.

If you still cannot access your account, contact support.
