How do I change my subscription?

If you paid on the website
Our current web plans offer monthly billing, one-time access until a specified exam period, or one-time lifetime access. See current plans and prices for the available options.
To manage an existing purchase, log in, open Account, then select Manage payment account. Review the options shown for your purchase. If the change you need is not available, contact support before buying another plan so we can help you avoid overlapping purchases.
If you paid through the app
Manage your existing subscription through the App Store or Google Play account used to pay. The store shows which changes are available for your subscription.
