I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

If you paid through the App Store or Google Play
Use the refund process of the store where you paid. App-store purchases are billed and administered by that store.
If you paid on the website
Contact support with the email address used to pay, the purchase date and a brief description of your request so we can locate the purchase.
Refunds depend on the purchase and any promises made at checkout. Your statutory rights are not affected. For details, including cooling-off rights, read our cancellation and refunds terms.
