How to find the email address linked to your child's account

Ask your child to check their account while signed in to the student app:

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Account information.
3. Check Sign-in methods. Connected methods display their email address; an email/password account also has an Email field below.
4. Copy the address carefully when connecting their student account to the Parent Portal.

If your child used Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email, the address may end in @privaterelay.appleid.com. Use the address shown for their existing Adapt account, rather than guessing their usual inbox address. Google sign-in does not by itself imply an Apple private relay address.

If multiple connected methods show different addresses and you are unsure which address to use, contact support before creating another student account. Parent and student accounts need different email addresses.
