I paid through the app, how do I access the parent portal?

The Parent Portal is a separate membership for parents that connects to a child’s existing Adapt account. Our pricing page explains the current Parent Portal and Premium options.
If you already have a Parent Portal account, log in here.
If you paid through the student app and want Parent Portal access, contact support with the email address linked to your child’s Adapt account and where the purchase was made. We can help you check the purchase and the appropriate next step before you buy another plan.
Existing App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be managed through the store where you paid.
