What do activity, confidence and streaks mean?

Open your child’s entry in the Parent Portal to see their progress and study habits. The cards describe different parts of their revision.

Confidence

Confidence reflects your child’s own ratings of topics in their current plan:

• Green — Done for now: the highest confidence rating. A topic can still need revisiting later.
• Amber — More practice: a topic they want to practise further.
• Red — Revisit soon: a topic that needs attention.
• Unrated: a topic without a recorded confidence rating.

On the confidence graph, the green line shows topics marked Done for now. The dashed blue line includes every rated topic. These are confidence measures, not exam grades.

Percentages use the topics in the modules currently selected in the plan. Changing those modules recalculates earlier percentages. The overall history starts when every included subject has a recorded point.

Study activity

Activity counts completed topic tasks. Each completed task counts once; revisiting the same topic in a new task counts again. The current week or month is still in progress, so it can be lower than a completed period.

Choose 5 weeks or 12 months to change the view. The tracking start date indicates when recorded activity begins.

Study consistency

This card shows the study-days-per-week target, days with recorded study, and current and longest streaks. The streak counts qualifying weeks. A tick in the streak column means the weekly target was met; the current week shows progress towards its target.

Missing or unexpected data

Use Refresh data, or Try again if an error is shown. Confidence history develops as topics are rated. If something still looks wrong, contact support with the student email and the card and date you are looking at.
